2. Service Description

berxyaai provides an AI-powered sales assistant widget for ecommerce websites. The service includes product recommendations, lead capture, conversation tracking, and analytics.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, for all activities under your account, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan has usage limits including monthly conversations, messages, and AI cost caps. When limits are reached, AI responses will stop until the next billing period or plan upgrade.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Affiliate Program

The affiliate program terms are subject to the rules described in our affiliate section. Commission rates depend on your active plan. No self-referrals are permitted.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use berxyaai to spam, deceive, mislead, or harm visitors. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the AI system.

8. Limitation of Liability

berxyaai is provided as-is. We are not liable for revenue loss, missed sales, or AI response accuracy. The AI is an assistant, not a guarantee of sales performance.
